Custom Wheel CNC Machining

In-House CNC Custom Wheel Machining

OX Wheels operates CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining equipment in-house at our Melbourne facility. Combined with a wide range of blank alloy wheels, this lets us customize most of our wheels to a variety of PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) and offset (ET) specifications — fitting vehicles across American, European, Japanese, and Korean makes.

Our experience across thousands of fitments means we can solve wheel problems that off-the-shelf options can't.

What We Can Customize

  • PCD redrilling — modify bolt patterns for non-standard vehicles (e.g. 5x100 → 5x114.3)
  • Offset (ET) adjustment — change wheel offset for stance, clearance, or precise vehicle fitment
  • Centre bore machining — match hub size for specific vehicle platforms
  • Spec-to-vehicle fitment — start from your vehicle's make, model, and year and work backwards to the right wheel specification

Vehicles We Customize For

Our CNC service supports a wide range of vehicle origins:

  • American — pickup trucks, muscle cars, full-size vehicles
  • European — German performance and luxury (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz), Porsche, and other Continental fitments
  • Japanese — JDM and domestic Japanese performance, sedans, and 4WD
  • Korean — Hyundai, Kia, Genesis

If your vehicle isn't an obvious match for off-the-shelf wheels, a custom CNC job is often the answer.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is CNC wheel customization?

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) wheel customization is precision machining of alloy wheels to modify specifications such as PCD (bolt pattern), offset (ET), or centre bore — so a wheel can be fitted to a vehicle it wasn't originally manufactured for.

What can be modified on a wheel?

The most common modifications are PCD redrilling (e.g. changing a 5x100 bolt pattern to 5x114.3), offset adjustment, and centre bore machining. Cosmetic finish work can also be performed.

Which vehicles does this service support?

OXWheels' CNC capability has been used for American, European, Japanese, and Korean vehicles. For specific fitment enquiries, contact our team with your vehicle details.

How do I request a custom wheel job?

Contact OXWheels via our contact page with your vehicle's make, model, year, and the wheel you're interested in. We'll confirm feasibility and provide a quote.

Are custom CNC-modified wheels safe?

Wheels modified through proper CNC machining retain structural integrity when done correctly. OX Wheels performs all customization in-house with experienced operators using purpose-built equipment.
